Circle aims to add value to and grow established companies, assisting in navigating the challenges of transformation. Circle participates in organisations of various sizes with varying needs: BEE, strategic leadership, access to investment and operational management. A three pronged approach to doing business has been laid out, and simply, it can be explained in terms of the size of the organisations with which they will transact.

Firstly Circle will partner with a select number of corporations allowing them to become empowered and then providing them with strategic leadership especially in relation to human development and transformation.

Secondly Circle will, where possible organically grow its financial services offerings such as the Commodities Trading division, the Corporate Advisory Division and the Private Equity Fund Management business.

Thirdly Circle will use its portfolio of companies to vertically acquire other businesses in the same market niches.
